Midnight in Venice - Lux Framed Canvas Ready to Hang

This shot is part of a Midnight in Venice series I began in October 2019.  The entire city shuts down around 10pm and by midnight, there is a sense of being locked in a time long ago.  No loud cars or bright neon signs, just the muted colors of the venetian stucco dusted with gold marble. This place really is spectacular. 
 
A little tip:  Get out of San Marco square and walk down the water to see a bit of local Venetian life.  Take a walk to Via Giusseppe and find a restaurant Majer Via Garibaldi.  The food is incredible but arrive hungry and humbled.  The menu will not have subtitles as this is a local restaurant but I promise you will leave with a new appreciation for italian sauces.
